Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are processed the next working day.

Delivery options and costs:

Standard UK delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days): £3.95
Express UK delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 working days): £4.95
Free standard delivery on all orders over £50.

All orders are sent fully tracked. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, contact us at hello@scentivo.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier.

Please note that fragrances are classified as restricted goods for transport and can only be shipped within the UK by ground services. For this reason we are unable to offer international delivery or delivery to BFPO addresses at this time.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, we may ask you to cover the cost of re-delivery.
